Begin the event with a calming meditation to help you relax, ground yourself and prepare for the afternoon ahead.

🪽 Star : Connecting with Your Guardian Angels
Experience a beautiful angel connection and discover the loving guidance your Guardian Angels have to share.

💚 Jody : Healing for the Body, Mind & Fur Family
Receive healing energy for yourself, your wellbeing, or even your beloved animal companions.
 
🎶 Rachael : Sound Healing Journey
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, drums, rain sticks and rattles for a deeply relaxing healing experience.
 
During this sacred time you may experience energetic shifts throughout your body as you relax into the healing process.

Meditation & Sound Healing Event

Spirit & Soul Twilight

Join Elizabeth, Sarah and Rachael for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing and guided meditation.
This immersive session will help you release, reset and reconnect under the energy of the setting sun.

There will be Twilight markets at the venue from 5pm – 7pm so feel free to arrive early and do some browsing or book for a psychic reading.

You’re welcome to sit in a chair or lay on the floor.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, a notebook, pen and water. Please feel free to bring any crystals you may what to hold during the meditation or the sound healing.
